Movement Map is literally your map, your compass and your guide on your journey to optimal movement in life and in sports. It shows you where to start, which direction to take and how to get to your destination.

Physical movement is common to all of us as humans. Also, health and fitness are on most people’s wish list. There are general areas and skills of movement common to all of us that Movement Map will help us greatly with.

Why we made it?

Human movement is complex in many ways. No machine compares to the incredible design of the human body. Movement Map is a simple answer to complicated questions about the human body in motion.

The assessment is used to evaluate, measure, and document client’s or athlete’s needs to optimize function and performance

Based on the physiological, psychological and behavioral information from the client, we organize the activities required to achieve a desired goal.

We build a customized FPR- (Fitness, Performance, Recovery) program that suits needs and the goals of the individual and sets them up for success.

Re-assessment ensures that the desired goals are being met and that the training program continues to improve all aspects of health, fitness and performance.
